Notice of ARAMEX shipping requirements to Turkey and India

Hello!

According to the notification of ARAMEX special line service provider, the requirements of Turkey and India are as follows:

1. From now on, goods going to Turkey need to be provided before shipment (detailed invoice, detailed recipient information and recipient email address). If the shipment information does not include the recipient's email address, then the local customs has the right to detain the goods and cause the goods to be delayed or confiscated.

2. For the goods going to India (original invoice, detailed recipient information, including consignee email, phone number, etc., no false information is accepted), all original invoices must be accompanied by the goods, and the Indian Customs clearance needs to provide KYC documents (Know Your Customer, that is, customer information sheet). Please note that all information provided to ARAMEX and Indian Customs must be verified. For private goods, please include a valid consignee mobile phone number on the LABEL. Any invalid or missing information will result in a delay in shipment.

Please be aware of the above agents and tell the consignor, before shipment, please ensure that the goods are in compliance with the provisions, our company will not review one by one, such as because the goods do not comply with the relevant provisions, the goods will be rejected by the service provider, customs detention, foreign return or destruction, etc., the resulting costs including fines, customs procedures, warehouse rental and other costs shall be borne by the consignor.
