Volumetric weight limit

The surcharge for extra length and weight is calculated as follows:

1. No matter how many pieces there are, HKDHL will charge a surcharge of 200* (1+ fuel of the month) RMB/ ticket, as long as one or more of the pieces exceeds 120CM in length or 70KG in weight;

②.1 order number (that is, one shipment), no matter how many pieces, if one side of the length of more than 120CM, and the weight of the other more than 70KG, HKDHL will only charge 200* (1+ monthly fuel) RMB/ ticket surcharge, that is: One order number (i.e. one shipment) will only be charged a maximum of 200* (1+ monthly fuel) RMB/ ticket surcharge.

 

Prohibited articles

1) Dangerous goods, liquids, powders, etc. prohibited by aviation. The country prohibits the export of goods such as antiques, currency and other infringing products.

2) Items that require additional information • When sending batteries and items containing batteries, you need to provide MSDS proof and battery letter (original required) (if necessary, please contact customer service staff) • Send brand-name products to provide formal purchase invoice or authorization letter.

3) Products such as motors and engines cannot be sent.

 

Insurance and claims

1) For packages purchased with insurance, insurance charges and compensation are subject to the introduction terms of "Insurance Service" of Xunjia Express.

2) Claims for uninsured parcels are subject to the following terms:

①. For small, out of stock or damaged packages, if the recipient receives a package with different weight, quantity, number of packages or damaged packages, the recipient is requested to report the loss or damage to the destination DHL within 24 hours after receiving the package. And within 7 working days, the recipient's local registration number will be provided to our company in order to claim for DHL's investigation. If verified by DHL, the maximum compensation is free shipping, compensation for the declared value of the package, up to 100USD, partial damage or loss should be based on the actual loss of the number of percentage of the total compensation, but the maximum compensation does not exceed USD100.

(2) Loss of parcel due to Customs inspection When the parcel passes through the Customs, the Customs will open the parcel for inspection, which may lead to the loss of the parcel, the loss of the contents (in whole or in part), or the seizure by the Customs. Xunjia Express does not accept any liability arising from this.
