If you need a monthly settlement or need to express the freight in advance, you must provide a copy of your company's industrial and commercial business license, stamped with official seal; Provide a copy of the legal person's ID card with the official seal, and need to sign the transport agreement. Cash and prepaid customers can waive the required information.
2, customers need to ship express, please use telephone, fax, mail, etc. to notify our company scheduling, customer service personnel. Please tell us how many parcels (quantity and weight) are there and are the goods ready? Pick-up location, pick-up time, contact person, contact number, etc. Our company will arrange receiving personnel and vehicles to pick up goods within two hours after the goods are ready.
3, express is divided into documents (DOX), parcels (WPX). Documents belong to commercial documents, materials, documents, etc., and have no commercial value in themselves. It is usually shipped in file bags. Note that items such as small cloth sheets and plastic sheets cannot be shipped as documents.
4. For parcel express, three copies of proforma invoice in the name of the sending company shall be provided, and the company seal shall be affixed. The invoice shall state the name, quantity, origin, customs declaration value and other information of the express shipment. Please fill in the name in English, special goods (professional goods) to provide Chinese and English name. The name of the goods should be detailed and specific, not too general or vague, to avoid customs clearance trouble when the goods arrive at the destination, which may affect the timeliness of the express shipment. Please provide packing list for mixed cargo. Our company will strictly follow the proforma invoice provided by the customer to declare to the customs.
5. All express shipments need to provide a waybill, which requires the sending company to stamp the company seal. The waybill should provide information about the sender and the recipient. In particular, the information of the recipient must be true and accurate: including the recipient's name, address, postal code (especially important for those going to the United States), telephone, fax, contact name, etc. Incorrect addresses and telephone numbers will affect delivery. The waybill also needs to fill in the number of pieces, weight, product name, customs declaration value, etc. Freight to collect must be indicated on the waybill, red label "C.O.D." and indicate the amount of freight to collect. If the amount is not specified, it will be charged to the recipient of destination in accordance with the published freight rate. If "freight collected" is not indicated, it will be charged to the sender as pre-paid delivery. Customs duties to determine whether the recipient pays, or the sender pays, customs prepayment to pay a fee. If you purchase ISP insurance, please indicate it on the waybill. Such as the purchase of Pacific insurance, American insurance do not mark on the waybill. Express shipments generally do not accept "P.O.Bull" addresses.
6, the billing weight of the express is determined by comparing the actual weight (gross weight) and the volume weight of the express, which is the larger of the two. 7. Special certificates or customs clearance documents. If the sender provides valid quota, license, certificate of origin, commodity inspection certificate, fumigation certificate and other documents issued by government departments, they should be sealed separately and handed to us in a proper way. If not clear in advance, resulting in loss, failure, resulting in failure to clear customs, resulting in losses, our company does not assume any responsibility.
8. Handover list: The contents include the date of receipt, time of receipt, handover unit, service type, bill number, number of pieces, real weight, volume weight, product name, country, freight, settlement method, remarks, shipper's signature, consignee's signature and so on. The remarks generally indicate the special requirements of the sender. The list is a certificate between the consignor and the consignee, signed and sealed by both parties as proof.
9, the express has weight and size restrictions, the general weight of a single piece should be less than 50 kg, the length does not exceed 110cm. If there are overweight, super long express, please declare in advance to facilitate advance booking, arrange mechanical shipment, etc. Some countries (such as the United Kingdom, Israel, Philippines, etc.) stipulate that the weight of a single piece should be less than 30 kg.
10, the destination customs restrictions on imported goods, or the recipient needs to provide customs clearance documents, the recipient needs to assist in customs clearance. Customs duties and other charges levied by the destination customs on imported express shipments shall be paid by the recipient (except those prepaid by customs).
11, freight collect is often due to the recipient's refusal to pay the trouble. Therefore, we must be careful when doing freight collect. There is a handling charge for freight collected. In the event of refusal of payment by the recipient, freight shall be paid by the sender. Customers who require freight collect will first need to provide a letter of guarantee that the sender will be responsible for the payment of freight if the recipient refuses to pay.
12, due to the reasons of Xunjia Express, in the operation of the fault or negligence of the operator caused loss, damage, by Xunjia Express compensation. Claims for lost and damaged express goods According to the relevant provisions of the Warsaw Convention, parcel express goods shall be compensated according to the declared customs value of the proforma invoice, but the maximum amount of each item shall not exceed 100 US dollars. Shipping fee is waived for lost documents. Xunga Express does not assume joint and several liability arising from loss, damage or delay of the express. Any claim shall be made in writing within 30 days after the express is accepted by Schindler Express, otherwise Schindler Express shall not be liable.
13, due to the wrong address or other reasons can not be delivered, or the recipient can not provide customs clearance documents and can not be cleared at the destination customs, if the sender asks for return, you can arrange to return the package, but the sender must pay the required freight. If you do not want to return the item, it can be treated as an automatic abandonment and destroyed by the local customs. However, the sender shall still pay the freight. The sender shall bear the cost of abandonment. After the return, the sender should deal with it in time, otherwise it will incur warehouse rental fees.
